The Juniors had their 13th event of the 2017 season at Wingate Park CC. A brilliant day with virtually no wind gave rise to the juniors scoring well on the testing Wingate Park CC layout.

Sixty four players competed in various divisions. Eight C division players entered whilst 14 under 13 players took to the field. Six players managed scores of par or better.

Kifentse Nukeri squared off against Gianni Pera in a play-off after the pair carded scores of two under par 70’s. On the first play-off hole it was Nukeri who held his nerve and was crowned Champion of the Day.
